Return & Cancellation Policy

We promise your satisfaction , we should make no mistakes.

Returns

We stick with a 3 day return policy . If 3 days [72 hours] are already completed , since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, provided  your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return please write to support@accelmove.com  with complete details of your order and proof of purchase receipt.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and verified , we will send an email regarding the approval and rejection status of your refund.

If its approved, we will initiate the refund within minimum no of days [ no of days will be emailed to you depends on the bank ]

If rejected , we will let you know the details for the same.

Late Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your banking customer care unit .  Each banking system has different processing time , so  If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at  support@accelmove.com .

Cancellation

  1. Cancellation before Shipment –  If you would want to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please send an email to: support@accelmove.com with

The request will be processed in 5 business days.

Incase after cancellation , if the item is still not dispatched , we can cancel the order at free of cost.

  1. Cancellation Post Shipment (Before Delivery) –  If you would want  to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please send an email to: support@accelmove.com with

The request will be processed in 5 business days.

Incase after cancellation, if the item is already shipped and if the delivery person tries to deliver the same, pls don’t accept, so that item will be returned. The refund will be processed , deducting the courier charges.
